Tipperary County Council is the local authority for County Tipperary. Its own description of its work separates the operational role, carried out by the Chief Executive and staff, from the representational role of the forty elected members (Roles, Responsibilities and Functions, operational and representational role sections). The Tipperary–Cahir–Cashel Municipal District is one of the Council’s five municipal districts; Killardry Bridge on the L3151 near Kilmoyler sits within it. This page indexes what the Council's own records say. It draws no conclusion about any person.

The bridge and the inspections
