Council watch · source index
Public-road decisions: minutes, roles and recorded responses
A single CouncilWatch hub for dated public-road decisions and the documents that support them. It is a source index, not a profile of any official and not a finding about responsibility.
Scope. The hub separates full-Council motions, municipal-district minutes, role records, funding tables and responses. It does not merge a funding line with a bridge asset, or a role listing with proof of personal knowledge or action.
Start with the existing records
- Máirín McGrath — public office and recorded actions.
- What the existing Kilmoyler minutes record about Máirín McGrath and the Council — the deeper canonical record is retained and repaired in place.
- James Swords and the 93-day gap — a distinct role-and-record article, not a person profile.
- How the Council engaged — before and after — the existing dated chronology.
- Motion 2861: what the record says — including the dated road-death and speed-limit context.
Editorial boundary
Named officials appear only where a source records a role, statement, proposal, question or decision. A public record of a meeting does not prove personal receipt of a report, motive, responsibility or causation. Where a source gap remains, this hub labels it as an evidence question.
Factual record. No finding of causation or responsibility is made here.
