Tipperary County Council Records Question: What the 1 May Road Photograph Shows
The photograph is real, and its date sets a firm limit on what it can tell us. Taken by the family on 1 May 2025, it shows exposed earth along the bank beside the road, with traffic cones visible near the edge. It shows the approach, not the bridge itself. The image is later than the collision date of 24 April 2025; it is not a photograph from the crash. We describe earth beside the road, not debris spread across the tarmac, and do not infer when the bank took that form or who carried out work. Our question: which dated records establish when and how this roadside bank was worked on?
