Tipperary County Council Records Question: Which Documents Date the Works?
An inspection date and a photograph date identify two observations, not a work programme. The Council engineering inspection is dated 21 January 2025 and lists work required to the abutment, training walls and parapet walls. The family’s road photographs are dated 1 May 2025, after the crash. The photographs do not establish whether the visible bank relates to the work listed in the bridge inspection, when any work occurred, or which traffic arrangements applied. Our question is specific: which dated work orders, plans and traffic-management records establish what happened at this approach and when? Asking for those documents is not an assertion that they are all missing.
